Apollonia Kotero

Patricia Apollonia Kotero was an American model and a vocalist. Kotero was also the co-star of Prince's 1984 movie Purple Rain. Most famously, she is known for her part in Prince's 1984 film Purple Rain as well as singing lead in Apollonia 6, a girl group. Apollonia was the first artist to release her album in 1988. However, it was not a great collection of R&B/dance music that failed to impress her fans. The album quickly disappeared from view. Her work continued as an actor (even when it was tiny bit under the radar) throughout the next decade and also appeared in a few television shows as well as films. An exercise video too appeared.
